Singer / songwriter Mark Platt is a proficient musician, acoustic guitar and harmonica player, with a unique style appealing to both young and old.

Through the years his writing has remained straight-forward, honestly passionate and diverse. Love, loss, pain, joy, cynicism and hope - are profoundly expressed in his music.

Platt resides in Milford, Connecticut where he performs at coffeehouses and special events in the area.

“My Christian walk has not been in a straight line.  There have been many peaks and valleys.  I believe without reservation or doubt that being “a Christian In the world” is a daily challenge.

It was not a difficult decision to name my fourth album “A Christian In The World”.  My hope is that the songs I have written will provide you with strength and security knowing that you are not alone in your walk.”
